Return Window

Notify support promptly and normally within 7 days of delivery. Product-specific or legally required windows prevail.

Eligible Returns

Wrong products, verified transit damage, manufacturing defects and eligible sealed/resalable items may be returned.

Proof and Inspection

Provide order/invoice details, photos and preferably an unboxing video for transit damage. Authorization and inspection are required.

Decision

The company may approve replacement, refund or rejection after verification. Opened goods may be declined unless needed to verify a manufacturing defect.

Customer-caused Damage

Misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repair, incomplete packaging or inadequate return packing is not accepted.

Return Shipping

Use the approved address and packing instructions. Responsibility for shipping depends on the verified reason; unauthorized COD returns may be refused.
