Order Processing

Orders are processed after stock, address and payment/UTR verification, normally within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Timeline

Delivery generally takes 3–10 business days after dispatch depending on destination, courier serviceability and local conditions. Timelines are estimates.

Courier and Tracking

Approved courier partners may be used. Tracking is shared after dispatch when available. Courier delays, natural events, strikes, restrictions and service interruptions are beyond company control.

Address Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete, accurate and serviceable address. Incorrect addresses, refusal or repeated failed delivery may lead to re-dispatch or RTO charges.

Undelivered/RTO Orders

Undelivered orders are reviewed after return to the company. Re-dispatch, refund or cancellation depends on product condition, verification and applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping and handling charges are shown or communicated before order confirmation.
