Eligibility
Buyback/exchange applies only to eligible products and transactions. Invoice/order proof and verified purchaser details are required.
Product Condition
Products must be unused, sealed, undamaged, unexpired and resalable with original packaging, labels, accessories and promotional items.
Window and Inspection
Requests must be raised within the applicable company window. Every item is inspected before acceptance and valuation.
Exclusions
Used, opened, altered, damaged, expired, incomplete, improperly stored or late-returned products are not eligible unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchange and Calculation
Exchange depends on stock. Buyback value may consider taxes, incentives, discounts, shipping, handling and product condition after inspection.
Member Compliance
Members/direct sellers must not stockpile or misrepresent buyback availability and must follow company and consumer-protection rules.
